HOW TO RUN A FUNDRAISER WITH MADEGOOD

Getting Started Is Easy!  

It’s easy to get your MadeGood fundraiser started! All the tools are available for you to download and start selling. When you are ready to place your order just go to our order page. It’s that easy. If you have any questions before you start – send us a note to info@MadeGoodFundraising.com. We’ll guide you through the process and work with you to schedule your delivery day and time to get you on your way to earn big profits!

Big! Big! Profit

Your group will earn 50% profit for each item sold! You’ll be amazed at how quickly your profits add up!

Selling Period

We recommend actively selling for 2-3 weeks. During this time, your Sellers collect their orders and payment. As customers place their orders, ask your Sellers to collect payment by cheques made payable to your group/organization. To get the most out of your fundraiser, be sure to take advantage of our easy-to-use online sales tools.

Placing Your Order

Allow one week to collect Order Forms from your Sellers. Be sure to gather any late orders. Tally the number of MadeGood orders you need to have delivered. Place your final order on our website or call us to place your order.  You will need to pay when you place your order via PayPal or with a Visa. Once you place your order, you will be contacted to set up a delivery date. Please allow two weeks for delivery.

Delivery

Every MadeGood Fundraising product case holds 12 bags per case of each flavor. Minimum order is 40 cases in order to qualify for the fundraising program. You can mix and match flavors when you place your order. Any orders over 40 cases need to be in multiples of 5 cases. Delivery to your school is FREE. 

Making Payment

Payment for your fundraiser is due when you place your order. We will accept PayPal and Visa when you place your order online.

Delivery Day

Your cases of MadeGood Fundraising Snacks will be delivered directly to your school.  To ensure a quick and smooth delivery, be sure to have your delivery in an accessible area, avoiding stairs whenever possible.  Enlist volunteer helpers to help unload.  Schedule your pick up with the parents 1-2 hours after delivery; this will allow you enough time to sort and distribute orders before your sellers and supporters arrive.
